Karl Adrian

Karl serves as our Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Lawn and Garden, LLC, he has held several strategic leadership positions including chief operation officer, senior vice president and vice president interacting with global based corporations, private companies, and private equity.

Karl earned his bachelor’s degree in Wood Products, Forestry from University of Missouri – Columbia and post graduate studies at the Creative Learning Center in Denver and International Institute for Management in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Karl has served on the board of directors for Delta Sigma Phi Foundation and did serve as President Alumni Corporation Board of Delta Sigma Phi Local Fraternity at the University of Missouri.

Chris Cole

Chris Cole, VP of Supply Chain, brings to Lawn and Garden LLC over 20 years of supply chain, purchasing and procurement leadership experience in multiple industries. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas in Austin. His career started in sales and sales management at TECO-Westinghouse before transitioning to supply chain management.

Following completion of his MBA degree Chris joined the Plumbing Products Division of NCH and held various leadership roles covering purchasing, supply and demand planning, global sourcing, logistics, quality assurance and manufacturing. For the past decade, Chris has worked in multiple private equity backed automotive companies in Vice Presidential roles leading supply chain transformations and integrations focusing on EBITDA improvements, working capital reductions and operational efficiencies.

Mike Leick

Mike is a seasoned Human Resource professional with years of experience in all facets of the HR function. His career has solely been in the manufacturing sector working both in union and non-union plants. He has extensive experience dealing with most of the major unions in the U. S. Throughout his career he has steadily progressed, holding the top Human Resource position in several Companies. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and Master Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
